Whole antlers are harder to chew and last longer. They need more work to get to the nutritious marrow.
Split antlers are easier to chew but last less than whole antlers. They are more enjoyable as the delicious marrow is already exposed.

This time around, our journey took us our own backyard in the Rocky Mountains, which are home to a thriving population of elk and deer. Each year, these magnificent animals grow and shed their antlers at an incredible rate. Luckily for us, these naturally occurring bones make an ideal dog chew.
